Background
The firm of Cesar Ramirez, and its predecessor Leticia Guererro, CPA have been in business since 1997. We have been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. Our expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as compiling financial statements and financial planning.

Cesar Ramirez, CPA is dedicated to meeting these goals with high standards of excellence and professionalism.
Our Team
Cesar Ramirez has eleven years of accounting experience with a broad background in financial reporting and private and public accounting. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from San Diego State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Tax Consultants.

Magdalena Peraza has twenty-five years of tax and bookkeeping experience with a broad background in taxation. She represents clients in a broad range of business segments throughout San Diego County and Baja California, Mexico. She holds a membership in the California Society of Tax Consultants.

Josie Amador, Senior Associate
Josie Amador has been with the firm since 1998. Ms. Amador experience includes preparing federal and state tax returns, payroll and sales tax return preparation and general business consultation. She is a member of the California Society of Tax Consultants.
